Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We do not issue full refunds - as we will try our best to work out the issue with you. We have a 24 hour grace period. After 24 hours of your service, your lashes are fully cured and excess fallout could be due to improper aftercare.
For new clients, to book full sets we require a ~NON REFUNDABLE~ $50 deposit. This deposit goes towards your service and will NOT be refunded if your appointment is not canceled / rescheduled 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
